This Campaign is one of several being planned to keep the sportsmen/women and public-at-large aware we have a very important Ballot Question for November 2026, voters will have the choice to repeal Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 "An Act Modernizing Firearm Laws in the Commonwealth".
The law infringes on everyone's second amendment rights; the law was passed without much public awareness and legislators were tone-deaf to the law abiding citizens of MA and the USA Constitution SCOTUS rulings. There are many organizations and leaders working on several levels to repeal Chapter 135 including the forthcoming Referendum Ballot Vote, pending lawsuits, as well as pro-2A legislators advancing filed bills in the current session.
