The ideal characteristic to be a lawn sign drop-off/pickup site are:
- business can accept a series of drop-off orders on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday during daytime hours of 8am-5pm;
- business has many open days for the convenience of the order placer to stop in and pick it up (e.g., Tuesday-Sunday, with 5 or more hours each day);
- business has some spare storage space for the dropped off signs to be picked up.
- there is no cost to the FFL to participate in this program; there is no intent to disrupt sales personnel focusing on customers in the store making firearm, ammo, and accessory sales. Lawn signs are already paid for.
If you have questions call/text Wayne at 508-631-8883 or email [email protected]. MCA will be advising through sporting clubs and leagues about the lawnsign campaign and in public events such as regional gun shows, club events, club meetings, etc.
For orders of 25 or more Paul Johnson and Wayne Adams will be intermeidaries in coordinating the deliver to the order placer. Due to costs of UPS and storage space at some FFLs to house large orders, we'll be coordinating the last mile delivery. This may change over-time, as we get the program ramped up and into a steady state. Paul is based out of Carver and Wayne out of Princeton, with our addresses listed above.
